Roberts has more than 14 years of franchising experience and is the CMO of franchising support system company, Franworth, and president and CEO of the salon company, The Lash Lounge. In her role with FGP Holding, she will contribute strategy insights to FGP Holding CEO Cliff Kennedy as he accelerates the growth of Frios Gourmet Pops, a popsicle franchising company that uses tie-dye wrapped vans to increase exposure and allow for flexibility that meets the demands for its customers.

"I am so impressed with FGP, the products and the strategic vision for this brand," Roberts said in the release. "Cliff has identified some incredible opportunities for growth through mobilizing the brand and the season for this fantastic product and the joy it brings couldn't be more relevant."

"We are lucky to have someone with the knowledge and expertise that Meg has to join our board of directors," Kennedy said in the release. "Meg sees the opportunity for growth in our franchise system, and her experience to scale and support the franchisees will be valuable for years to come."

Frios Gourmet Pops is based in Mobile, Alabama.
